The Moovmor MX500 Baler produces high quality 500kg square edged cardboard bales in the standard 1100mm x 750mm bale dimension. Its generous loading aperture can handle 1100 litre wheelie Bin waste from our optional side loading bin lift system. This baler is ideal for commercial users looking for better revenues from there dry recyclables along with reduced operational costs and man power savings.

The Moovmor HX900-85T Baler is our largest baler in this range. Large Loading Aperture for speed of loading. High Baling Forces to achieve superior bale weights. This Baler is designed for maximising payloads in shipping containers for export. With the same easy to operate features including vertical operated hydraulic end door, bale eject warning beacon & siren, automatic anti jam correction, 5 wire ties and bale tying from the side. This heavy duty model is fitted with oil cooler as standard for continuous operation as well as program selector for 50 / 65 / 85 Ton Baling Modes.

The Moovmor HX650 Baler with Full Hydraulic End Door, produces high quality square edged bales. This system has the standard continental format bale dimensions of 1100mm x 750mm, and also has a large Loading Aperture of 1350mm x 1030mm. With 50T baling force, this system is ideal for soft and rigid Plastics, PET, Steel and Aluminium Cans as well as Cardboard and Film. Standard Options include Moovmor Serrated Cutting blades, Dual Baling Pressures, Hydraulic vertical sliding (clamp free) end Door. Large Open Flared Hopper and extended loading aperture facilitate bulk loading of materials.

The Moovmor HX800 Baler with Full Hydraulic End Door, produces square edged bales up to 800Kgs, in the standard 1100mm x 1100mm bale dimension. With Large Open Splayed Hopper extending to 2.7m wide and a loading aperture of 1750mm x 1030mmtghis system is ideal for bull loading of all baling materials.

The MX500 is a closed end semi automatic horizontal baler. Unlike the rest of our Semi Auto Baler range the MX500 comes with a manual opening side hinged end door for bale discharge. An entry level horizontal baler ideal for those conscious of budget. This baler produces cardboard bales up to 500kg in weight (depending on bale length chosen) This baler is adept at baling a wide range of materials from cardboard baling, plastics and foam baling.

As with all Moovmor Products the HX400-38T is a heavy duty robust baler with shear blades, cutting knives and full bale eject as standard—making it ideal for handling a diverse range of materials with installations in operation handling cardboard, plastics, drinks cans, drums, foam and shredded paper. Bale tying is carried out from the end and with the slotted end door there is no setting up of wires. The Moovmor HX400-38TT Model Baler is suitable for fitting out with a range of loading options to suit each clients individual needs.

Designed for large commercial & manufacturing baling operations to facilitate fast loading of baling materials such as cardboard, plastics, PET bottles, aluminium & steel cans, tetra paks, paper trim etc.  Low loading height with a wide charge-box is ideal for bin tipping or automatic loading by conveyor, trim waste extractor systems, or grab etc.

Designed for bulk loading & high throughput in industrial type baling operations. Large load aperture with charge-box to facilitate fast loading of baling materials. Available in 65 Tonne or 80 Tonne option and with a wide range  of fit-outs maximizes flexibility to waste handlers & recyclers.

The Balemaster 100 from Moovmor is a front loading baler with a generous 750mm x 450mm fill opening for easy loading of regular cardboard boxes. The Balemaster 100 with its high packing force produces densely compacted bales 700mm x 600mm x 600mm. Completed bales are ejected using a simple lever arm mounted on the side of the baler. The Balemaster 100 is a high quality heavy duty system known for its reliability and long lifespan.

The Balemaster 200 from Moovmor is a powerful mid range baler with extra large 1100mm x 500mm full opening designed for higher volumes of bulkier waste materials and with a 16T packing force produces high density bales 1100mm x 700mm x 700mm. Completed bales are hydrualically ejected using a two handed push button controls. As with the Balemaster 100 the 200 is ideal for cardboard and plastics as well as a variety of other materials.
