The MX500 is a closed end semi automatic horizontal baler. Unlike the rest of our Semi Auto Baler range the MX500 comes with a manual opening side hinged end door for bale discharge. An entry level horizontal baler ideal for those conscious of budget. This baler produces cardboard bales up to 500kg in weight (depending on bale length chosen) This baler is adept at baling a wide range of materials from cardboard baling, plastics and foam baling.

As with all Moovmor Products the HX400-38T is a heavy duty robust baler with shear blades, cutting knives and full bale eject as standard—making it ideal for handling a diverse range of materials with installations in operation handling cardboard, plastics, drinks cans, drums, foam and shredded paper. Bale tying is carried out from the end and with the slotted end door there is no setting up of wires. The Moovmor HX400-38TT Model Baler is suitable for fitting out with a range of loading options to suit each clients individual needs.

Designed for large commercial & manufacturing baling operations to facilitate fast loading of baling materials such as cardboard, plastics, PET bottles, aluminium & steel cans, tetra paks, paper trim etc.  Low loading height with a wide charge-box is ideal for bin tipping or automatic loading by conveyor, trim waste extractor systems, or grab etc.

Designed for bulk loading & high throughput in industrial type baling operations. Large load aperture with charge-box to facilitate fast loading of baling materials. Available in 65 Tonne or 80 Tonne option and with a wide range  of fit-outs maximizes flexibility to waste handlers & recyclers.

The Balemaster 100 from Moovmor is a front loading baler with a generous 750mm x 450mm fill opening for easy loading of regular cardboard boxes. The Balemaster 100 with its high packing force produces densely compacted bales 700mm x 600mm x 600mm. Completed bales are ejected using a simple lever arm mounted on the side of the baler. The Balemaster 100 is a high quality heavy duty system known for its reliability and long lifespan.

The Balemaster 200 from Moovmor is a powerful mid range baler with extra large 1100mm x 500mm full opening designed for higher volumes of bulkier waste materials and with a 16T packing force produces high density bales 1100mm x 700mm x 700mm. Completed bales are hydrualically ejected using a two handed push button controls. As with the Balemaster 100 the 200 is ideal for cardboard and plastics as well as a variety of other materials.

The Balemaster 500 is a heavy duty mill size baling system with a 1250mm x 600mm fill opening. With its 32 Tonne packing force this model will produce 1200mm x 800mm x 1200mm bales at 500kg making it a standard model for large industry, supermarkets, recycling centres, etc. Finished bales are normally wire tied and hydraulically ejected with two handed push button controls for operator safety.

The Moovmor SP14 Skipppaker is our all-in-one skip type portable compactor which is a popular choice for hotels, hospitals and other food & catering operations. The SP14 is a sealed unit and can be supplied normally for either hand loading or with an end loading wheelie bin tipper. For the bin tipping option it is normal to have a mobile safety cage complete with interlocked access to the lifter and comb lift allows for tipping either two or four wheeled containers.

The Moovmor RP30 Rolopak Portable Compactor is our roll on roll off type portable compactor which again is an all-in-one sealed unit widely used right across the industrial and commercial spectrum. The RP30 can be fitted with a front end or side loading wheelie bin tippers together with mobile rollaway safety cages. Other loading options have included conveyor feed, overload chutes and forklift making the RP30 a versatile and popular choice for over 30 years.

Our Standard Bin Lifter tips in over 1450mm off ground – and can be designed to suit a wide range of bins. There are two typical arrangements for lifting and tipping – the Comb Style and the Trunnion Style. The comb style Mechanism is designed to pick up the bins from the front lip, whereas the trunnion style lifter picks the bins up by lifting lugs placed on the side of the wheelie bins. Moovmor Bin Lifters can also be designed to interface with dolav bins and specialised cart with optional fork attachments or bucket style lifters also available. Standard Moovmor Bin Lifters are designed to lift a SWL of 450kg, this SWL can be upgraded if required.
