The MX500 is a closed end semi automatic horizontal baler. Unlike the rest of our Semi Auto Baler range the MX500 comes with a manual opening side hinged end door for bale discharge. An entry level horizontal baler ideal for those conscious of budget. This baler produces cardboard bales up to 500kg in weight (depending on bale length chosen) This baler is adept at baling a wide range of materials from cardboard baling, plastics and foam baling.

As with all Moovmor Products the HX400-38T is a heavy duty robust baler with shear blades, cutting knives and full bale eject as standard—making it ideal for handling a diverse range of materials with installations in operation handling cardboard, plastics, drinks cans, drums, foam and shredded paper. Bale tying is carried out from the end and with the slotted end door there is no setting up of wires. The Moovmor HX400-38TT Model Baler is suitable for fitting out with a range of loading options to suit each clients individual needs.

Designed for large commercial & manufacturing baling operations to facilitate fast loading of baling materials such as cardboard, plastics, PET bottles, aluminium & steel cans, tetra paks, paper trim etc.  Low loading height with a wide charge-box is ideal for bin tipping or automatic loading by conveyor, trim waste extractor systems, or grab etc.

Designed for bulk loading & high throughput in industrial type baling operations. Large load aperture with charge-box to facilitate fast loading of baling materials. Available in 65 Tonne or 80 Tonne option and with a wide range  of fit-outs maximizes flexibility to waste handlers & recyclers.
