The sampling unit for cereals and other granular material is designed to select from each batch of material a homogeneous sample that can be tasted rapidly and with the highest reliability. The sampling probe is powered by a motor reduction gear 0.37 kw (poles). Overall length: 2015 mm Weight: 18 kg. The oil hydraulic circuit is powered by a motor 1.5 kw – 4 poles – B14. that operates at 1400 RPM, and requires a 220/380v – 50 hz 3-phase power supply. The suction unit is fitted with a 2.2 kw/400 v single-phase motor.

The ET bucket elevators are used for the vertical transportation of cereals, meals and pellets. They are built in conformity with the Machinery directive 2006/42/EC and on specific request they can be manufactured for use in potentially explosive atmospheres according to the directive 94/9/EC. Product elevation is by means of buckets fitted on a loop-welded rubber-covered fabric belt which runs inside hot galvanised modular elements bolted together. The product is loaded at the foot of the elevator and unloaded from the head thanks to the centrifugal force of the belt.

The TC chain conveyors are used to for the transportation of cereals, meals and pellets along horizontal or slightly inclined routes. They are built in conformity with the machinery directive 2006/42/EC and on specific request they can be manufactured for use in potentially explosive atmospheres according to the directive 2014/34/CE. Transportation is performed inside a metallic case with a loop-welded scraping chain. The chain section positioned on the bottom of the case causes the mass of material to move sideways. In the return section, always inside the same case, the chain is supported by upper guides.

These chain conveyors are designed to perform inclined conveying up to 85°. The conveying is performed with a scraper chain gliding on PEHD tracks or with UHDPE scrapers for a complete cleaning of the bottom. The machine is equipped with anti-clogging sensors with different settings and compact revolution control. These machines can be supplied with galvanized, varnished or in stainless steel.
