The ML4039 series is a state-of-the-art 4 Lane Pulse Pattern Generator and Error Detector with Jitter Generator as well as Equalizer up to 30 Gbps. It is fully equipped for lab and production testing of systems, components, and EIectroOptical Modules and O-optical modules.
MultiLane - General Purpose BERT
The ML4039B is a full feature 200G BERT. It has instrument-grade 2.92mm coaxial connectors and covers a wide range of bitrates between 1.25 and 29 GBaud, while supporting both NRZ and PAM-4 coding schemes. The GUI makes it possible to individually control each TX level, equalization, eye balance, pattern and Gray coding. The user may also inject error sequences into the stream. The receiver features CTLE and FFE equalization that, in combination with TX FFE, compensates for up to 30 dB of loss at Nyquist. It also allows advanced troubleshooting capabilities by showing separate LSB and MSB BER, offering targeted error-insertion and allowing real-time monitoring of the received signal levels histogram, SNR and receiver equalizer tap values.

The one-channel handheld oscilloscope is a specialized instrument used for capturing and monitoring electrical signals, primarily in situations where portability and ease of use are vital. This type of oscilloscope does not feature a built-in display, and as such, is usually more compact and lightweight compared to standard oscilloscopes.
MultiLane - Oscilloscope
The ML4015E is a combination optical and electrical sampling oscilloscope, which can be configured with an optical bandwidth of either 25 or 40 GHz at wavelengths ranging from 1260 to 1650 nm single mode or 700 to 870 nm multimode, or with a 32 GHz differential electrical sampler. The ML4015E also comes equipped with MultiLane’s latest Cygnus GUI, streamlining setup and configuration without compromising performance. The Cygnus GUI is the culmination of direct feedback between MultiLane and our partners and incorporates our most oft-requested features including saving multiple user setups.
