NAPCEN single stage dust collector is more suitable for wood working application. These equipment plays vital role in designed to capture dust and wood chips from wood working machines, such as table saws, jointers, and planers. The air drawn in by the dust collector is filtered before it returns to the workspace. Hence understanding the basic function, types, working principle as well as the operation and maintenance of the same becomes important.

NAPCEN Portable dust collector is used for the suction of dust and fume from different industrial processes and protect the work place environment. It is made of painted sheet metal with a robust structure. The polluted air is sucked through the inlet by the suction fan positioned on the clean side.

The fume comes from the soldering processing will be sucked into the extractor through the hood by extraction fan. First the fume passes the 1st layer of pre-filter, the coarse particle are remove in this filter. Then the fume enter second layer of HEPA filter, the filtration efficiency is 99.9%. as per the indoor emission standard. The filtered air is directly discharged to the working environment.

NApcen Packed bed Scrubber are custom designed to capture sub micron particulate matter, chemical fumes, odors, and other water / chemically soluble fumes and Vapors generated in industrial process. All wet scrubber works on the principle of absorption technology, where the pollutants is made in contact with scrubbing liquid. The pollutants gets absorbed by scrubbing liquid either physical or by chemical means. The capturing efficiency of the scrubber can be increased by increasing the time of contact of flue gas with scrubbing liquid. In packed bed scrubber we use rings, saddles etc so called packings to increase scrubbing efficiency. We supply counter flow (vertical scrubber ) and cross flow type (Horizontal scrubber) and multi scrubber arrangements based on site constraints and efficiency required. The sizing of scrubber, selection of scrubber solution, Material and inner lining is critical in designing wet scrubber for a particular application.
