Water Screening
NETWATER EasyTech - Model Nw 10 - Manual Screen EasyTech for Extracting Large Solids
The EasyTech® Nw 10 is a manually operated screen designed for the efficient extraction of large solids from water flows. Its compact design makes it suitable for installation in narrow channels with small flow rates and it's often placed in security channels or bypass systems. This screen can also be utilized in larger channels for protection screening, featuring a bar spacing of 75 to 150mm. For optimal performance, an installation angle of 65º is recommended, which can be adjusted to a maximum of 80º without compromising the throughput. This product is primarily used in various water treatment processes, including the treatment of coarse and fine waste, sand and fats treatment, and sludge treatment.
Treatment Equipment for Coarse and Fine Waste
NETWATER ScrewTech - Model Nw 80 - Screw Transporter for Industrial Waste
The ScrewTech Nw 80 is a robust and efficient transporter designed for transporting various types of solids in industrial and wastewater sectors. Customizable to meet specific project requirements, it can be installed horizontally or at an inclination up to 5 degrees. The system includes a hexagonal or circular section transporting channel, drip-free protection lids, and an integrated opening security system. Solids extracted from filtering units (like SolidTech®Nw30, ArqTech®Nw50, and FineTech®Nw60) are deposited into the screw transporter and moved to discharge points. The equipment's frame is made from high-quality stainless steel, offering resistance to corrosion, and the endless screw can be made from Carbon Steel ST.52 or Stainless Steel AISI-304/316. Key features include a soft-start device for larger diameters, multiple chutes for receiving solids, and an optional electronic safety device to monitor abnormal activity. This ensures operational safety and compliance with European safety standards.
Treatment of Sand and Fats
NETWATER UnivTech - Model Nw 100 - Compact Pre-treatment Plant
The Compact Pre-treatment Plant UnivTech®Nw100 is a wastewater treatment solution engineered to handle flows up to 600m3/h. Notably compact and efficient in design, this equipment incorporates multiple processes into a single unit, optimizing both mechanical and physical pre-treatment. Key features include adjustable tank height, an advanced filtering system, optional grit extraction with aeration, grease extraction, adjustable water level by weir, and complete lid coverage to prevent odor. Integrated mechanical systems reduce power consumption and maintenance time, enhancing operational efficiency. The equipment supports fine solids retention, grit and grease separation, and includes an aeration system to maintain process consistency. This pre-treatment plant is pivotal in separating solid waste like oil, grease, grit, and other debris, thus preventing inefficiencies and potential breakdowns in subsequent treatment phases. Compliance with European machinery safety standards ensures operational safety and reliability.
Sludge Treatment
NETWATER EcoTech - Model Nw 500 - Ring Type Sludge Dehydrator
The EcoTech Nw500 Sludge Ring Dehydrator is engineered as an environmentally friendly and efficient alternative to conventional centrifuges. This system leverages mechanical dewatering technology using filtration rings to optimize the solid-liquid separation process. Suitable for various sludge types, it enhances dewatering efficiency while minimizing energy consumption and operational costs. The innovative design prioritizes eco-sustainability, making it suitable for a range of wastewater treatment applications. The dehydrator is also designed to reduce maintenance needs and improve reliability over time. This makes it an ideal solution for facilities looking to lower their environmental footprint without compromising on performance or efficiency.
Stormwater Screening and Pumping Stations
NETWATER WeirTech - Model Nw 57 - Radial Weir Overflow Screen
Netwater Technology's Radial Weir Overflow Screen WeirTech® Nw57 is designed to manage and treat various flow rates in urban wastewater purification processes. Anticipating peak flows due to rainfall, population growth, or other factors that alter normal flow rates is crucial. Many treatment facilities currently discharge these excess flows into rivers or seas without prior screening, leading to significant environmental damage. To address this, Netwater has developed the WeirTech® range of products, offering different versions and dimensions based on client installation requirements. These products are equipped with filtering or cleaning systems for the filter mesh, and the versatile design of the equipment allows for the manufacture of two types of filtering grids depending on the solids and flow rates to be treated. Option A uses a triangular mesh, while Option B uses a perforated mesh. It is important to apply a reduction based on the type and quantity of solids to be removed, and for precise details, clients should contact Netwater's technical department. Once an order is placed, it is recommended to create an implementation plan defining all final dimensions of the equipment, such as the width of the weir wall, to determine the effective width of the screen.
