New York Rural Water Association (NYRWA)

Not-for-profit organization organized in 1979 with the goal of promoting the formation, improvement, and sound operation of rural water and wastewater systems throughout New York State. Recently, the New York Rural Water Association has expanded its scope to offer training, technical, and administrative assistance to rural communities on solid waste management matters as well. NYRWA is affiliated with the National Rural Water Association, the largest member utility organization in the nation, with over 18,000 members.
