Nexterra is committed to delivering systems that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations from the start-up of the system and throughout its life. Nexterra’s Customer Support and Services (CSS) team is a dedicated and highly experienced group with over 130 years of combined experience.

Nexterra is committed to providing systems that reliably and cost-effectively create high-value products from waste biomass. Since 2004, Nexterra has operated a dedicated 12 tonne/day Product Development Center (PDC) to enhance Nexterra’s systems and solutions.

Industrial process plants with high energy demands such as sawmills, pulp and paper mills, steel mills, and mineral processing plants can use Nexterra’s systems to produce low-cost renewable heat, steam, hot water or power from locally-sourced waste feedstocks. In some cases, a Nexterra system can be used to fire existing heat recovery equipment such as boilers and kilns, reducing the overall cost of the renewable energy project.
