NGE provides outsourced environmental staffing, management of ongoing multimedia compliance audit programs (including CAA, CWA, and RCRA), as well as agency negotiations.

We assist clients with a variety of on-going environmental reporting requirements such as air emission inventories, Form R and Tier II reporting, discharge monitoring reports for NPDES permits, Title V compliance certifications and deviation reports, and other key agency submittals.

NGE provides permitting and renewal services for clients related to air, wastewater, and storm water regulations. Our staff has experience with regulatory agencies across the nation, and has been successful at negotiating expedited approvals.

NGE is familiar with the various environmental regulations that govern environmental plans for facility operations. Examples of plans NGE has authored and maintained include Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, and Hazardous Waste Contingency Plans.

NGE has the resources and equipment to handle most any geotechnical drilling job, including highly portable hand operated equipment to track-mounted rotary drilling rigs. We offer time-efficient scheduling and the flexibility to immediately mobilize the appropriate equipment and crew.

NGE`s experienced staff and extensive resources provide service to our clients throughout project development, design, and construction phases of your project. Services include, site preparation recommendations, dam analysis and design, mine subsidence investigations, landslide analysis, pavement design, earthwork analysis and design, and geotechnical design for highway and airport projects.

NGE is equipped with the latest instrumentation to provide cross-hole sonic logging (CSL) testing of drilled concrete shafts. CSL is a non-destructive means for testing the integrity of drilled shafts used in bridge abutments and piers.

NGE offers inspection services to support a wide variety of construction projects, including highways, buildings and airports. Our technicians are qualified and certified in a variety of disciplines including concrete testing, soil compaction testing and asphalt inspection.
