NGE provides outsourced environmental staffing, management of ongoing multimedia compliance audit programs (including CAA, CWA, and RCRA), as well as agency negotiations.

We assist clients with a variety of on-going environmental reporting requirements such as air emission inventories, Form R and Tier II reporting, discharge monitoring reports for NPDES permits, Title V compliance certifications and deviation reports, and other key agency submittals.

NGE has extensive experience with the development, implementation, and maintenance of environmental management systems, including those following the ISO 14001 standard. NGE manages internal auditing programs and provides assistance with surveillance and registration audits.

NGE provides permitting and renewal services for clients related to air, wastewater, and storm water regulations. Our staff has experience with regulatory agencies across the nation, and has been successful at negotiating expedited approvals.

NGE is familiar with the various environmental regulations that govern environmental plans for facility operations. Examples of plans NGE has authored and maintained include Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, and Hazardous Waste Contingency Plans.
