This module allows users to specify the scope of change, identify any equipment that it applies to or will effect, identify any documentation or drawing that require update and track when the changes are made to each.

Recording and analysing incidents is an important step in the process of improving performance. Results lead to recommendations which become action plans intended to improve safety, efficiency and compliance. The Incident Recording facility within e3 provides a means of tracking LTI’s and recording incidents and near misses. Relating information from Risk Assessments, Permits and Certificates present a more complete history for analysis.

Risk Assessments can be tailored to contain a risk matrix, intelligent lists and risk scores alleviating some of the calculation and effort of a manual system.

Configure e3 to match your Lock Out, Tag Out and Permit to Work procedures. Enable automatic printing of tags, tracking of lock outs/isolations and create an entirely transparent process. The Lockout/Tagout module specifically manages the Isolation Certificates, Tags, Lock Out Bars, Boxes or Boards. e3 maintains a near real-time audit of the equipment and isolation points including their current state.

DEx provides real time, two-way transfer of data between an EAM/CMMS system and eclipse.  Work orders, assets and personnel information can be easily kept in sync, creating an integrated safe system of work for teams on site.

Track contractors and employees on site with an e-ptw system linked to digital time recording terminals. identify when contractors are on site and when they are starting / stopping jobs with safety permit scans and permit signon/sign off management at the workplace. Use the data from the DTR terminals to cross check against logged working times on site for contractor invoicing. Gatehouse alerts if a contractor tries to leave site without suspending a permit or without leaving the worksite in a safe condition. Linked to image controls to show the locations of the nearest emergency equipment in your work area.

Processes around auditing, self assessments and inspections can be easily configured in e3 to digitise and centralise the information being collected. Daily inspections on a range of data points from temperatures to visual checks are important gauges for operations and production teams in process intensive industries.  The list of items that need daily inspection from physical assets such as pumps, lighting, vents and cooling systems to data inputs such as pressure, temperature and flow rate can create quite an administrative burden on teams carrying our the work.  Routines that are completed daily ensure that personnel are on plant and are aware of changes in conditions, but complex and sometimes onerous form filling can fatique and disengage employees carrying out the work.

Planning and preparation of isolation lists and permits in advance of major outages and shutdowns results in significant time savings and increased profitability. Setup safety documents, allocate lockout boxes and schedule work safety documents in advance of an outage or shutdown. The outage module allows for all safety documents to be setup and the details populated, Isolations specified and the tags printed all in a dedicated offline part of the system that doesn’t affect the live day to day tasks. When documents are ready to be approved or issued they can be released into the main system.
