Lances are the basic tools of water jetting, and NLB offers more choices – with more safety and ergonomic features – than any other manufacturer. Our popular 286 series (below) includes models with operating pressures as low as 10,000 psi (700 bar) and as high as 40,000 psi (2,800 bar). We also offer lances with specialized features, such as dual-trigger, dry shut-off and underwater dump. All feature rigid stainless steel construction with quick-coupling hose hook-up, and work with a variety of nozzles.

NLB’s patented SPIN-NOZZLE self-rotating head turns an ordinary high-pressure lance into a superior water jetting tool. It can also be mounted on end-of-arm tooling for automated applications.

Typhoon nozzles go beyond traditional self-rotating designs to optimize pipe and tube cleaning efficiency. Their rotating action comes from the nozzle, not the barrel, so the water force is focused up front where it is most effective.

Vortex removes build-up with SPIN JET rotating water jet nozzles at up to 40,000 psi (2,800 bar).  It is easy to maneuver and includes vacuum recovery.

NLB’s 3-D tank cleaning dramatically reduces tank cleaning time, respects the environment, and eliminates the need for anyone to enter a confined space. The dual cleaning action of the revolving/rotating head, powered by the reaction force of the high-pressure water jets, provides complete, 360° interior coverage of your tank or reactor.

NLB’s versatile HydroPrep system is the most efficient way to remove coatings (paint, epoxies, etc.), scale, and other tough adherents. Our automated and semi-automated accessories, connected to a rugged NLB high-pressure water jet pump unit, leave metal and concrete undamaged and ready for recoating. (Steel is left with a “white metal” finish, per NACE, SSPC and SIS standards.)

NLB’s new multi-gun valve, MGV24-1200, allows multiple lances to operate from a single pump unit.  The valve can be used with any dump-style lance, and the nozzles in the lances can be different sizes. The MGV24-1200 operates at pressures up to 24,000 psi (1,680 bar) and flows up to 24 gpm (91 lpm), 12 gpm (45.5 lpm) per operator.  No tools are required to set the pressure.

A VacLance attachment contains the water and debris produced by water jet product removal, maximizing your productivity. Models DM16546 and DM32283 work on vertical or horizontal surfaces and fit any NLB rotating lance. DM32283 is designed to work in corners, too.

The NLB model SRT-6LT hand-held high-pressure surface preparation tool allows the operator to remove a six-inch wide path of coating without the need for compressed air to rotate the nozzle assembly. It combines the cleaning power of ultra-high pressure water with the proven technology of our self-rotating SPIN JET® seal.  The compact design weighs only 20 pounds (9.1 kg) and includes a counterbalancing system that minimizes operator fatigue.  With features like a lightweight aluminum body, available vacuum recovery, 6″ (15.3 cm) Barjet™ nozzle assembly and a 3″ (7.6 cm) vacuum attachment, the SRT-6LT is the answer to your toughest surface preparation jobs.

SRT-10-W SPIN JET® Crawler System is rated for operation at pressures up to 40,000 psi (2,800 bar) and flows up to 10 gpm (37.8 lpm).  The SRT-10-W features wireless controls and attaches itself using vacuum to vertical and horizontal surfaces to provide the fastest and cleanest way to remove coating from concrete and steel.  The vacuum keeps the surface clean and dry and transports the debris to the vacuum hopper for clean out/disposal.  The water can then be disposed of separately.  The SRT-10-W utilizes a unique design that allows the SPIN JET® seal and vacuum recovery mechanism to swivel inside the crawler body allowing for unprecedented mobility.
