Performance, flexibility and long service life are the major benchmarks which we use to plan and develop your recycling equipment. The aim is to produce high-quality raw materials or products at the end of each recycling process.

The considerable quantity of old tyres which are produced every year across the world forces us to search for solutions which enable us to recycle this waste (nowadays more correctly known as reusable waste material) in an economic and environmentally-friendly manner. Old tyre dumps, such as those in Mexico which burn for years and years, represent a huge and uncontrollable hazard to the environment and emit tonnes of greenhouse gases every day.

In the case of paper sorting, the important thing is that used paper is separated from minor impurities, films and carton and then to press it into bales depending on quality and requirements. The aim is to reduce the amount of manual work required to a minimum (in ideal cases, below 4%).

What do you expect from your old tyre recycling supplier? Cost advantages, rapid processing, adherence to the Kyoto protocol? No-Waste-Technology specialises in processes for the recycling of old tyres with which, for example, the main disadvantages contained in reprocessing into high-quality bitumen can be excluded. For example, our processes for tyre recycling avoid high temperatures (around 200 °C) since these are completely at odds with the Kyoto protocol.

In order to provide you with an economic system solution, we exclusively use WEEE recycling equipment for electronic Waste processing. This means that your electronic waste processing will be manufactured in accordance with the WEEE directive (the EU directive for handling electronic waste).
