All metals go through many levels of quality control. Upon delivery a check is carried out to ensure that the metals are free from radioactivity. In the first step after the goods have been received and the quality has been controlled, the metals are sorted by trained employees using diggers and by hand for separation into different types. These are then pressed, shredded or cut to the required size according to their properties and are then subject to further quality controls. With our x-ray sorting facility we are in the position to sort out even small quantities of zinc or iron from material that has already been shredded and thereby set a qualitatively high benchmark.

Following the quality control, the scrap is sorted by diggers and by hand if required. Depending on the type and property we are in a position to prepare the scrap steel according to the wishes of the customer. Besides sorting processes for creating different qualities, the material can be conditioned for different areas of use by means of a shredder, cutter, alligator cutter or flame cutter. These products are also certified by us. Our focus is the high quality of the products as well as customer service including flexible and prompt delivery. Only in this way we are able to meet the different and individual demands of the plants in Germany, Europe and the Far East.
