The multi-functional Liquidyn® V100 controller provides safe, easy operation of the Liquidyn P-Jet CT and Liquidyn P-Dot CT jet valves and greater control over dispensing outcomes. By providing control of dispensing parameters, the Liquidyn V100 makes it possible to optimize valve performance. Two precision pressure regulators and a digital display make it easy to adjust parameters to get the perfect deposit. Because it’s designed to adapt to nearly every kind of application, the controller is a powerful addition to any Liquidyn P-Jet CT or Liquidyn P-Dot CT jetting system. In addition, the Liquidyn V100 controller requires low voltage to operate, making it safe to integrate into benchtop and automated dispensing processes.

The PICO Toµch controller’s intuitive touchscreen interface greatly simplifies setup and operation of the PICO Pµlse valve, while allowing precise adjustment of valve parameters. Fine-tune dispensing performance by setting ramp open and close parameters and stroke control from the unique Wave Profile screen. Adjust pulse time in increments as small as .01 ms, set the valve operating temperature, and easily navigate to all required setup parameters. Cycle the PICO Pµlse valve at up to 500Hz continuous, with 1500Hz burst capability. The PICO Toµch controller provides the flexibility to dispense a wide range of fluids and viscosities. Better slope control delivers more repeatable deposits and prevents turbulence and air bubbles from entering the fluid, which prevents deposit variations.
