This unit is built around a wide variety of products with multiple options such as low temperatures that help maintain product integrity. We also offer a variety of heat and fuel sources on this unit as well as the others. Units are available from 200 square feet to 10,000 square feet of drying area.

Recycle Heat Features (available on all series) - For applications with low moisture content or when heating products. Due to lower plenum design, only the best quality air is recycled. Variable exhaust fan allows operator to control volume of exhaust and recycle air. Recycle heat features are available in single or multiple-state configurations.

Additional Features - The multiple pass design gives you additional air-to-product contact plus it increases drying area without depleting floor space. Mixes the product at each drop and increases depth on each additional pass to accomodate shrinkage, improve efficiency and increase resident time.

Multiple pass design increases air to product contact for improved efficiency. Product enters and exits at the same end of the system. Product is mixed as it drops into the proceeding pass for increased moisture uniformity. Standard airflow is upward. Models can be all heat, all cool, or a combination of heat and cool. Each convener is driven independently; product depth can be adjusted to compensate for product shrinkage, improve efficiency, and increases dwell time. Two pass design increases drying area without depleting floor space. Standard controls adjust airflow, product depth, dwell time, and air temperature. Product depth from 2” to 12”. Width 2’ to 8’ and Length 12’ to 50’ or more.
