A polypropylene basket strainer is installed before the pump inlet to stop any unwanted suspended solids entering the pump and causing any possible damage. Applications for this basket strainer include; mechanical and metalworking industry, ceramic industry, petrochemical, waste water treatment, biofuels, marine (bilge, slop, sewage), mining, textile industry, automotive industry, paint industry, cosmetic industry, cleaning industry and ink and print industry.

Our single pump booster sets increase and supply constant pressure for cold water installations where pressure provided by the mains supply or feed tank is insufficient. Example installations include; domestic properties, commercial buildings, hotels, hostels, agriculture, district heating, nursing homes, laboratories, leisure parks and marine vessels.

Our internal gear pumps are designed to handle clean low – high viscosity lubricating fluids, being positive displacement pump types our FIG180C gear pumps are suitable for high pressure applications up to 10 bar depending on the model configuration selected. The pumping action is done by the rotation of intermeshing gears and a rotor designed to push the fluid at towards the outlet side of the pump, due to the extremely tight clearances between the gears these pumps are only suitable for lubricating clean liquids.

The DM series of chemical centrifugal magnetic drive pump is designed for the transfer of clean chemicals up to a viscosity of 150cp. There are 4 models of pump within this range and the various sizes can cover flow rates up to 35m³/hr and heads up to 24m.

The DS-M pumps are our smallest peristaltic pump series, these hose pumps are very common within the Chemical and Food industry, typically used for dosing or simply transferring small amounts of products at low pressure, they have a quite compact design whilst still being very powerful as they can reach a discharge head of 20 metres. These pumps have 6 different tube diameters which can be interchangeable between the 18 pump sizes/configurations available. All pumps are fitted with a triple rotor containing three rollers as standard this design feature makes the DS-M range highly accurate whilst it minimises flow pulsations.

The North Ridge Pump as Turbine (PAT) system is an innovation in pump technology. It allows the pump to run in reverse as a turbine to harness any wasted energy in the system to generate electricity. When not operating normally as a pump, the new design allows for any excess flow and pressure to pass through the pump in reverse. The reverse flow spins the impeller and therefore transfers power through the pump shaft to a turbine, generating electricity.

The Nocchi JETINOX stainless steel series of self priming pump is designed mainly for water distribution, pressurised water systems and water lifting applications, these pumps have an integrated ejector that allows  them to perform high suction lifts thus being an ideal pump for lifting water from wells.

The ECO SNL vertical inline single stage centrifugal pump can be used for a vast range of applications in the industrial and marine markets. It is designed to pump low viscosity clean or slightly contaminated fluids without the presence of solid or fibrous particles. Common fluids pumped include fresh water, sea water and fuels (diesel, petrol and kerosene) and common applications include fuel transfer, irrigation, water supply, water treatment, pressurisation, grey water, dewatering, building systems, marine and cooling/heating conditioning (HVAC).
