NovaCentrix - Bolometer
The NovaCentrix Bolometer records the radiant exposure of your pulse conditions – this acts as an analytical check to ensure reproducible results. When processing samples under set pulse conditions and you observe changes in the outcome, first test your conditions using the bolometer to ensure the radiant exposure is consistent. This eliminates any potential issues with the tool as a consideration. Routine measurements detect any aging of lamp output over time. The bolometer can also measure absorbance percentage of a material for boundary conditions in Simpulse® and help you set a target radiant exposure (J/cm2) value at a given pulse length.
