Forced air heating is the process of creating a heating source with gas, other fuels or electricity by running air directly through a heat exchanger before distribution throughout a building.  The heated air can either be circulated internal air, intake air or some combination of both.  The purpose is to ensure that the forced air is brought to the ambient temperature required for internal building comfort.

In addition to maintaining the proper level and pressure of fresh air, ventilation systems must insure that indoor air humidity balanced for occupancy and building use.  Humidification and Dehumidification systems achieve this balance.

Ventilation systems provide the means to distribute air within a building in order to maintain indoor air quality.  In addition to controlling temperature and humidity other elements constitute a functioning indoor climate. The air needs to be constantly processed to remove dust, dilute odors, and, provide fresh outside air to replace the carbon dioxide that builds up in spaces where people gather.

Hydronic Air Conditioning is the process of chilling water and distributing it throughout a building for the purpose of air conditioning. The chilled water supplied to a heat exchanging coil located in supply air ducting servicing different zones within a building. Cooling is regulated by a control system on a zone by zone basis.
