The pellets press moci.OM 22 is a strong machine with an innovatory design. Totally constructed in carbon steel it`s able to exploit to the utmost its power through a belt-drive and it`s planned to satisfy the requirements of the small firms for the production of wood pellets and biomass. The machine is equipped with a control board with a `touch screen` monitor for the sight and the control of the uses: main engine of the press, container/mixer for the wood sawdust, batcher with cochlea, minimum level of the sawdust, die feeding, lubrication pump complete of batchers for the bell and the pressure rollers with the machine in movement, lubrication pump for the die, control of the rotation anti-slipping of the belts. These functions are directed automatically by PLC and software.

Constructed in zincated sheet, with perforated printed grill inside, with rock wool in the interspace and cuffed on the two sides. Standard length mt.1. Available in the versions: smooth, cuffed, flanged. By request they can be supplied in stainless steel.

Employed for suction and transportation of very dusty air, sawdust, wood shavings and several granular materials, except filamentary materials. Handled filter sub-station employed for the suction and the filtration of wood shavings and dust. Entirely constructed in zincated sheet, pressure folded. Central plenum and hopper composed of a single piece, higher and lower legs dismountable to make the transport easier. Filtering Sleeves Ø 200 h 1600 mm in fabric of genuine cotton 350 gr/m2 with Snap Ring. The air, after crossing a central plenum, goes out purified from the wood waste through the filtering sleeves. The waste falls down for gravity into the coclea with continuous discharging of the material installed mass-produced in all models. Available in many versions according to the fan power, open with sleeves at sight or careneed in the higher side with zincated panels and entry door to the filtering zone. Cleaning system of the sleeves with electrical vibrator available by request in the careneed or open versions. The SSF filter is employed for loading of containers or storage silos.

Separating centrifugal cyclone. Suitable to throw down rough powders, shavings, sawdust, metal powders. Low loading loss (60-70 mm H 2 O), low installation cost. In conformity today with the regulations of the powders expulsion in the atmosphere as pre-demolitor of the handled filters to increase the efficiency and to reduce their maintenance. Constructed in zincated sheet, it can be provided with or without legs: clockwise or anticlockwise (the rotation is to be indicated in the order), with the lower drum for dusts collecting by request.

Constructed in painted zincated sheet with a strong shelf extractable, protected with anti-scratch material. Available in the versions: With front and lateral suction-wall, With free suction-top.
