OnSite has been carrying out short-term flow surveys for the UK utilities since 1984. During this time the procedures have remained largely unchanged, being based on the WRc Guide to Short Term Flow Surveys, written in 1987.

OnSite is proud to announce the launch of the OS8000 real time flow monitoring system. The ATEX certified meter has the ability to upload data to a web site at regular intervals (anything from a month to 5 minutes). The key benefit of the monitor is that it utilises low-cost redundant sensors (two pressure transducers, two velocity transducers, and a float switch), significantly improving data accuracy and return.

OnSite is one of the UK`s foremost specialists in the inspection of pipelines and other enclosed structures using CCTV equipment. Being one of the early CCTV survey pipeline inspection pioneers in the late 70`s, OnSite was instrumental in the establishment of the UK standard methods of sewer defect recording.

OnSite is often called upon to provide this very specialised inspection service, particularly by our Framework clients the Environment Agency and British Waterways. Because of the difficult nature of these inspections along with the level of environmental sensitivity and awareness necessary, OnSite formed a department dedicated to this type of inspection.

OnSite`s full range of jetting / suction combination vehicles enable us to carry out cleansing of pipes from 150mm up to over 1500mm diameter. We have undertaken cleansing jobs ranging from drainage around domestic properties to large trunk sewers. French drainage on motorways and highways are also a speciality.

OnSite provides a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week emergency call out service to offer blockage clearance whenever it occurs. Our event management centre with its fully-trained staff can oversee and manage any emergency, despatching the correct vehicle, manpower and equipment for any situation.
