A unique but simple machine which is normally fixed speed and fixed batch size. A range of batch bead mills is available from laboratory size to 450 litre mill base capacity. The mill contains a charge of glass beads which, when agitated with the product, will achieve a fine dispersion on most pigments within 15-30 minutes. The product is then discharged via a specially designed valve incorporating a separator screen to retain glass beads.

The Roto-Scrubber is a simple but very effective machine used for the cleaning of mixing tubs from approximately 50 litre drums up to 1700 mm diameter and 1700mm overall height. The pneumatically operated brush head adjusts automatically to the tub size being cleaned. Because of the units effectiveness, a very minimal quantity of solvent is required to clean tubs. Interchangeable brush heads would be required for large ranges of pot diameters.

Scope: A floor-mounted hydraulic emptying press with optional dosing head and complete with hydraulic powerpack and necessary controls suitable for use in conjunction with special mixing vessels.

Available with shaft guard, elevating interlock, and screw or chain type tub clamps, all with limit switches to interlock with disperser drive motor. Quality polyurethane paint finish.
