High Speed Cavitation disperser available in either mechanical variable pulley drive to the mixer shaft or inverter variable speed drive. Drive mounted on bridgepiece attached to the machine column and base assembly. Shaft speed infinitely variable between approximately 760 and 7700 rpm. Mixer shaft fitted with 50,75mm or 100mm diameter stainless steel rotor with rotor boss and nut. Variable speed unit complete with speed indicator. Drive pulleys and belt fully enclosed. Central column and disperser shaft of sufficient length to accommodate up to 20 litre containers. Base complete with clamp suitable for locating containers from 1 litre to 20 litre capacity. Drive motor increased safety for hazardous locations to Ex`e` Class 1, Zone 1 requirements or Ex’D’ for inverter type and suitable for any voltage world wide AC electricity supply. Unit with Quality polyurethane paint finish.

Available with shaft guard, elevating interlock, and screw or chain type tub clamps, all with limit switches to interlock with disperser drive motor. Quality polyurethane paint finish.
