Optrak4 is our flagship vehicle routing product – providing our customers with a comprehensive platform for route optimisation, vehicle scheduling and load planning throughout their distribution process. Comprising of multiple modules – addressing next and multi-day planning, real-time management and post-delivery analysis – and deployable in either an operational or strategic capacity, Optrak’s route planning software can be tailored to your specific logistics challenges and requirements.

Optrak4 Planner is the core Optrak4 module providing integrated vehicle routing, loading and scheduling system for planning your distribution operations. Integrating with your ERP, Sales Order or Warehouse Management System on a daily basis it takes your order data, your resources – vehicles, drivers, depots – and by using mathematical optimisation techniques, produces a plan that can be used to make your deliveries (or collections).

Launching in Q4 2016, Optrak4 Logistics Intelligence is the planned back end reporting and information management tool – further linking Optrak4 Publisher and Optrak4 Realisation with the client ERP system – to create a single coherent distribution intelligence resource and reporting tool which would integrate Optrak data into your own internal analytics platform. In the current Optrak landscape, this functionality is replicated by customised reports and bespoke interfaces – on a per-customer basis – as an add-on feature to the wider Optrak deployment.

Optrak4 Messenger is an add-on communications tool to the Optrak4 suite that allows planned delivery times and status messages to be sent to your customers. It uses email or SMS – either immediately after planning or at a pre-scheduled time, e.g; 8am on the day of delivery.

Optrak4 Publisher allows the different members of your distribution team to see the plan produced from Optrak4 Planner – hosted on secure cloud servers and accessible via a web portal on any device.

Optrak4 Realisation takes real-time activity data from your drivers’ on-board computers or PoD handhelds (either directly or via your ERP) – and integrates it into your Optrak4 plans, allowing your to manage and update your routes in real-time.

Optrak4 Sync is a paid-for professional service comprising annual evaluations of your operations to keep your Optrak4 system fully aligned with your business and logistics needs as your organisation grows. This goes above typical support, looking at redesigning planning rather than functional changes.
