Remediation Services

ORIN’s chemical remediation approaches apply in situ and ex situ processes that cost-effectively reduce contaminants to site or regulatory levels or nonhazardous to meet the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) requirements and Universal Treatment Standards (UTS). These chemical processes include chemical oxidation, bioremediation, metal stabilization, and reductive dechlorination. ORIN staff has successfully treated several sites in or near industrial facilities, manufactured gas plants, residential sites and roads.

Site Specific Treatability Studies Service

Orin provides a unique service of conducting site specific treatability studies on contaminated materials. Studies are conducted in ORIN’s laboratory using proprietary, non-proprietary, and custom designed chemistries for treating organic and inorganic contaminated materials. ORIN also has the capabilities to conduct laboratory studies that are specific to a client need or site requirements.
