Site Specific Treatability Studies Service
Orin provides a unique service of conducting site specific treatability studies on contaminated materials. Studies are conducted in ORIN’s laboratory using proprietary, non-proprietary, and custom designed chemistries for treating organic and inorganic contaminated materials. ORIN also has the capabilities to conduct laboratory studies that are specific to a client need or site requirements.ORIN uses a variety of proven chemical treatments to treat organic and inorganic contaminants in groundwater, soil and other materials. ORIN applies these chemistries to the contaminated materials and evaluates their effectiveness in treating the waste. ORIN treats the materials in a manner that simulates the environmental setting, thus providing a more predictable behavior of the treatment effectiveness on-site. ORIN also treats materials to meet regulatory requirements such as the US EPA Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP).
