ORVIbiotest - Feasibility testing for aerobic/anaerobic biodegradation

Use our ORVIbiotest to test: • the feasibility and sustainability of a bioremediation approach. • maximum biodegradation rates. • final concentrations of contaminants achieved. • effect and added value of an active remediation approaches such as bioaugmentation, carbon source, nutrients, vitamine B12, ... ORVIdetect - Quantitative DNA detection of micro-organisms

Use our ORVIdetect analyses to answer questions such as: • Are the right contaimnant-degrading bacteria present in the groundwater? • Do their numbers increase in time, for example as a result of degradation and/or bioaugmentation? • Has bioaugmented biomass ended up in the right place? • Is my remediation progressing as planned? Our ORVIdetect analyses make use of the qPCR technique in which micro-organisms are detected and quantified based on their genetic material (DNA).

ORVIaugment - Accelerate biodegredation of chlorinated solvents and more

ORVIaugment is a high concentration augment to accelerate biodegredation of chlorinated solvents, such as PCE, TCE, cis-DCE, VC, 1,1,1-TCA and 1,1-DCA. ORVIaugment has been used for several sites in the Netherlands and Belgium with succes. The hyperactive biomass can be diluted up to 50.000 times in the soil and still remain active. Chlorinated solvents are degraded within 6 months in concentrations up to several 10.000 µg/l. ORVIaugment is offered with a no cure- no pay guarantee.
