H2Ox use innovative techniques, for temporary and permanent stabilisation, to control ground movement in any situation. By injecting a specialist grout into the ground’s pores we can stabilise gravels, fragmented rocks and running sands, even under flowing water. We get fast and reliable results with stabilisation by tailoring the materials that are injected according to each individual project.

H20x has total flexibility to carry out a variety of repairs using advanced resin injection and grouting techniques. Our specialist teams are trained and equipped to seal porous concrete, fill voids and carry out crack repairs, even operating in confined spaces. We also offer underwater grouting. The repair services we offer can be used on any size of project, from bridges, tunnels and car parks to sewers and canals.

H2Ox personnel have extensive experience of project management and repair of concrete structures. This includes, epoxy crack injection, breaking out and reinstatement of concrete, bridge bearing replacement, waterproofing, structural strengthening and corrosion inhibition. The essential components of any repair are meticulous preparation, the use of top quality materials and the application of them in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and good concrete repair practise; to ensure an effective long term repair. H2Ox firmly believe in these components and effectively applies them on each project.

H2Ox’s portfolio of products provides the capability to fill voids with minimal disruption.  The use of UF resin within the geotechnical and pipeline industry has been well established for many years. These void filling products are widely used because of their superior performance over traditional materials, they are simple to apply and avoid the need for excavation. Able to fill voids and cavities behind structures and under footpaths, we can also apply our service to shafts, culverts and tunnels.

  Based on H2Ox’s experience of resin injection to structural cracks, we use the latest carbon fibre composites for bespoke strengthening.We apply unidirectional or multidirectional carbon fibre laminates to provide a full strengthening solution to a range of problems.We also use purpose made stainless steel reinforcements to strengthen brick and masonry structures as well as controlling water ingress.

We can arrest steel corrosion within concrete, with protection that can last up to and beyond ten years.When concrete structures leak, there is often a secondary hidden problem occurring beneath the surface; namely, corrosion of the reinforcement. Our new innovative resin; P5CI, combines the advanced high performance of our leak sealing polyurethane resins, with a proven vapour phase corrosion inhibitor, which can be used to control water ingress and protect the reinforcement that has been in direct contact with leak water.
