The sludge scraper, dredge, and sludge thickener are equipment for settling and concentrating. For static sedimentation tank applications We produce type BG(X) peripheral driven and type ZG(X) central driven rotating sludge scrapers. For Rectangular settling tanks we produce type QG(X) moving bridge sludge scrapers, our scrapers also come with suction dredge options and scum removal boards. For thickening we produce type W(B)NG central driven picket fence thickeners and LBG floating sludge scraping boards.The construction material above the water may be carbon or stainless steel or aluminum alloy. The material below the water may be carbon or stainless steel. The section of scraper below the water is a logarithmic spiral. The dredge is hydrostatic or a siphon.

In many industries, clients hope to use steel structure thickeners to comply with the requirement on site, such as to minimize the civil construction work, installation and commissioning. PACT can custom make and apply the Bolted Tank Design Thickeners to meet these specific requirements. 

PACT can provide suitable dosing devices for different chemicals such as acid,alkaline,polymer and lime,etc. What users only need to to is installing the dosing device in the chemical dosing room, connecting dosing tubes and supplying the power.

Screens are used to remove suspended solids from water - from large floating objects to fine particles. PACT has a wide range of screens including bar screens, rotating drum screens, hydraulic screens and high-strength, close tolerance screen systems for liquid-solid separation in both municipal and industrial application.

TEMP-MASTER Coolling Tower Series are used to cool clean water, wastewater, seawater and any other high temperature water. TEMP-MASTER Cooling Tower Series specifically based on different water quality, temperature and environmental conditions. TEMP-MASTER Cooling Tower Series can be classified as Mechanical Induced Draft-Wet-Open Type, with Counter / Cross flow.

PACT pressure filters are used for a variety of applications and most commonly for filtration of particulates at a slow rate (sand filters), deep filtration at a higher rate (multi-media filters) and adsorption of chlorine/taste/odor and removal of organics(carbon filters).
