The fully automated Flowmatic EF500 bulk bag unloading system is one of the latest additions to the Palamatic Process material handling equipment portfolio. The super sack discharging station is fed by a set of motorized conveyors that supplies the hydraulic gripper. A pallet stacker is integrated to evacuate the empty pallets once the bulk bag is lifted by the gripper. Autonomous handling of the bulk bags is done by the hydraulic gripper system, mounted on a bridge crane, which transfers the bulk bags from the conveyor to the discharge hoppers. The bulk bag is opened via cutting by cross or "U" shaped blades depending on the bulk bag design. Once empty, the bulk bag is automatically discharged to a bulk bag compactor. The only manual intervention required for this system is the unloading of the stacked empty pallets and staging of the bulk bags to be emptied.

The FlowMatic® 04 bulk bag filling system is the complete solution for automatic conditioning of bulk bags in gross weighing operations. This FlowMatic® 04 model is designed for continuous use at high flow rates of 20 - 40 bulk bags/hour. The FlowMatic®04 bulk bag filling automation equipment incorporates an inflatable dust containment seal and a height-adjustable structure. The adjustable structure makes it possible to package bulk bags of various dimensions and according to the characteristics of the bulk materials. The automated bulk bag filling FlowMatic 04 integrates all the necessary options for bulk bag packaging with minimum operator intervention: inflatable seal, bulk bag hanging deck with pneumatic cylinder height adjustment, bulk bag pre-forming fan, weighing and dosing of bulk bags, optional commercial weighing load cells, vibrating densification table, pallet unstacker, belt conveyor, etc.

The Minislit automatic bag dump station is an industrial bag cutter that uses a ribbon saw system to cut the sack on three sides and prevent shredding of the package material. This bag splitter employs patented disc inversion mechanisms to grab the sack material and flip it over for full and efficient discharge of the contents.

Dense phase vacuum pneumatic transfer allows the product to be transported without damaging it, in a continuous and confined manner. Particularly adapted to difficult products, the presence of the pneumatic vibrator allows a better flow of your powders or your bulk products. This suction cyclone can be easily installed in your environment and can be extended. 

Palamatic Process Inc. designs bulk bag / FIBC / super sack filling and packing equipment for the loading and storing of bulk solids and powder materials. Our filling stations can be seamlessly integrated upstream or downstream of existing process lines. The FlowMatic® 01 bulk bag filling system has a loading capacity ranging from 10 to 20 bulk bags per hour and requires only one person for operation. This model is a cost-effective solution for simple bulk solid packaging processes.

The FlowMatic® 02 big bag filling system incorporates an inflatable containment seal and height adjustable bulk bag hanging hooks. The height of the hooks can be adjusted with a pneumatic cylinder which provides optimal tensioning of the FIBC during filling operation. The pneumatic tensioning cylinder also enables the packaging of bulk bags with varying dimensions. The filling head is designed with a double casing to ensure prevention of back pressure and dust emissions to the outside atmosphere. The FlowMatic® 02 super sack filler has a filling rate of 10 to 20 bulk bags per hour. The width of the hanging hooks is manually adjustable, which further administers proper tensioning of the bulk bag and accommodation of varying FIBC dimensions. Therefore, both height and width adjustments ensure optimal and stable filling operation. The inflatable seal fixes the bulk bag spout to the station during the filling process and allows high flow rates to be processed.

The FlowMatic® 02 Ashflow bulk bag filling equipment is designed for the reconditioning of fly ash at thermal power plant sites.

The FlowMatic 05-LT (Lifting Table) has an automatic bulk bag unhooking system and a bulk bag lifting table. The FlowMatic® 05-LT bulk bag hygienic filling station consists of a telescopic filling head, an automatic handling hooks, FIBC pre-forming fan, and lifting table for bulk bag loading.
