FlowMatic - Model 05-LT -Bulk Bag Filling System
The FlowMatic 05-LT (Lifting Table) has an automatic bulk bag unhooking system and a bulk bag lifting table. The FlowMatic® 05-LT bulk bag hygienic filling station consists of a telescopic filling head, an automatic handling hooks, FIBC pre-forming fan, and lifting table for bulk bag loading.

FlowMatic® 05-LT operating procedure:
Average time for complete filling operation cycle is 2 minutes.
- Installation of the bulk bag on the packing station
- Dust tight fixing of the bulk bag filling sleeve by inflatable seal
- Inflation of the bulk bag by pre-forming fan
- Switch from the inflation fan to the dust collection system
- Filling of the bulk bag at a high flow rate
- Suspension weight management by monitoring and adjusting flow rate for final dosing
- Once filling operations is complete, the hygienic lifting table rises to support the bulk bag, the seal deflates and the bulk bag is released by the automated hook straps
- Lifting table is lowered for handling by forklift or pallet truck
