The manual Water Bath of the series 2029 is the ideal security system for small scales to test the filled containers for resistance to pressure and for tightness (visual inspection). For containers of tin plate, aluminium and PET or for plastified glass bottles.

The Comes Economic 50 water bath is ideally suited for testing aerosol containers for resistance to pressure in small and automatic production processes. As an option the integration of an automatic leak detector is possible.

In the industrial production the Comes Economic waterbath 90 or 120 tests aerosol containers for resistance to pressure. As an option the integration of an automatic leak detector is possible.

The requirements for testing aerosol containers for resistance to pressure in the high capacity range are satisfied by the Comes Economic 150, 180, 220 and 250 water baths. As an option the integration of an automatic leak detector is possible.

The water bath of the series Comes Eco Pharma is exclusively designed for the application in the pharmaceutical industry. In the water bath the filled cans e.g. MDIs are tested for resistance to pressure. For aluminium cans, can height up to max 100mm, diameter 20-35mm. Capacity: 120 - 240 containers per minute.

In the industrial production the Magnetic Water Bath tests aerosol containers for tightness and resistance to pressure. For containers of tin plate with 1“ valves. Capacity: up to 600 containers per minute.

Leak detector to test the tightness of aerosol containers (Monobloc). Indexing unit with 12 pocket starwheel, electronic stepper motor drive. 5 testing units with sensor heads equipped for one type of container shoulder. Automatic ejection of rejects. Capacity: 50 containers per minute.

The propellant pump is especially suitable for bringing liquified propellants with a low boiling point to a high pressure. The pump guarantees a constant propellant pressure in the supply line and in the metering cylinder, and prevents the propellant from evaporating. All standard liquified propellants such as propane/butane, DME, HFA etc. can be transported with this pump.

The Pamasol diaphragm pump has been developed to fill suspensions with HFA 134a or 227. It is specially appropriated to pump the suspension continuously from the mixing tank to the machine and back, via the filling head. 3 sizes of the diaphragm pump are available.
