These valves are a series of three- or four-way electrohydraulic servovalves (EHSVs) commonly used to control position, velocity, and force in a variety of hydraulic system, fuel system, and engine control applications. Driving aerospace hydraulic actuators or motors in closed-loop servosystems, the EHSVs provide flows to 10 GPM at 1000 psi drop across the valve. The first stage is driven by an efficient force motor that is balanced so that lateral accelerations have little effect on output flow.

The ETH050 series `High Force` electric cylinders are rod-style linear actuators that offers all the benefits of an electromechanical solution. They can be mounted into existing fluidpower cylinder applications, adding programmability and the option of closed loop control as well as high durability and long life time. Taking the cost for air into consideration, you will find that in most cases an electromechanical system such as the ETH electric cylinder offers the more economical solution while simultaneously increasing the reliability and controlability of the production process.

The PFA/PTFE Flowmeter is designed for all high purity applications where precise measurement and control of liquids are required. The FM-4 Flowmeter utilizes precision machined PTFE bodies and needle valve components and a high purity PFA barrel. Rather than typical face-to- face seals, the FM-4 utilizes compression technology to seal the barrel to the bodies, creating a more postive seal.
