The SpotMix 150 is a compact mobile patching batch asphalt plant designed for small paving projects and patching jobs. Versatile and efficient, it can handle production requirements from 4 to 9 tons per hour (TPH). The system comprises a feed skip, dryer, mixer, and bitumen controls, making it easy to transport and set up on-site swiftly. Key features include a 150 kg capacity loading skip, a heavy-duty batch heater drum with specialized lifters for optimal material heating, and a double shaft contra-rotating mixer with durable steel liners. The plant's bitumen tank has a 300-litre capacity, featuring drum decanting and heating via a light diesel oil burner. Powered by an air-cooled diesel engine with a 14kW output, the SpotMix 150 offers electric starting and a clutch-driven transmission for both heating and mixing components.
