Crushing & Screening Plants

Parker RockSledger - Jaw Crushers for Primary Rock Crushing Applications

Parker Plant Limited has established a long-standing reputation in the engineering of rock crushing solutions for over a century. Their jaw crushers, renowned for primary crushing stages, are pivotal in quarry operations and demolition recycling. Two main models - the RockSizer and RockSledger - both utilize a single toggle design but with distinct toggle mechanisms, ensuring efficient energy consumption and output. The RockSizer's up-thrust toggle results in minimized wear and optimal product shape, while the RockSledger's down-thrust offers robust, aggressive crushing needed for high-capacity requirements. Parker's RockRanger series combines either model with mobile capabilities, enhancing operational flexibility. Designed with durable materials, these crushers are equipped with features like stress-relieved walls and plated hoppers, necessary for demanding industrial environments. Additionally, options like vibrating feeders and grizzly sections, accessible platforms, and conveyors are integrated to streamline installations and operations.

Parker RockSizer - Jaw Crushers for Primary Rock Crushing

RockSizer primary stage jaw crushers feature the upthrust toggle action in common with the original StoneSizer range. Developed by Parker, this gives a long forward stroke to the swing jaw with only a slight vertical movement resulting in an almost horizontal and sharp crushing blow to the rock with minimum rubbing action.

Crushing & Screening Plants - Tracked Jaws

Parker - Tracked Primary Jaw Crushers for Mobile and Static Applications

Parker Plant Limited offers a range of tracked primary jaw crushers designed for rapid deployment and mobility. These robust machines feature the RockSizer or RockSledger crushers, known for their single-toggle crushing action and optimized jaw stock geometry, which ensures substantial output even with the toughest materials. The crushers come equipped with a forward product conveyor that maximizes discharge height for effective stockpiling and includes wear-resistant steel components. The feed hopper features hydraulically folding wings fabricated from durable steel with a powered locking system. Additionally, a self-cleaning vibrating grizzly feeder is part of the setup, utilizing twin shaft exciters for optimal operation. Powering the crushers are CATERPILLARĀ® engines compliant with industry regulations. Additional features include a dust suppression system, optional side discharge conveyors, and hydraulic oil coolers. The heavy-duty track frames and web flange chassis ensure durability across a variety of environments.

Crushing & Screening - Tracked Plants - Tracked Cone

Parker - Secondary or Tertiary Tracked Cone Crushers

The Tracked Cone Crushers GC Series from Parker Plant are designed to maximize production and achieve significant material reduction with high-quality aggregate output. These crushers are engineered with a variable belt speed mechanism, controlled continuously by a flow sensor and metal detector, ensuring seamless feed and operation. Built with heavy-duty tracks and an extra heavy-duty chassis made of high-grade steel, they are durable for various operating environments. The hydraulic oil coolers are optimized for productivity in warmer climates. Additional features include wear-resistant steel feed hoppers with impact diverter bars, efficient lubrication coolers for reliable operation, and dust suppression systems to mitigate environmental impact. The forward product conveyors are wide and incorporate steel clamp plates for wear resistance, providing option for screens and recirculating conveyors, while the CATERPILLARĀ® engine ensures compliance with industry standards.

Asphalt Plants - Patching Plants

Parker SpotMix - Mobile Patching Batch Asphalt Plant

The SpotMix 150 is a compact mobile patching batch asphalt plant designed for small paving projects and patching jobs. Versatile and efficient, it can handle production requirements from 4 to 9 tons per hour (TPH). The system comprises a feed skip, dryer, mixer, and bitumen controls, making it easy to transport and set up on-site swiftly. Key features include a 150 kg capacity loading skip, a heavy-duty batch heater drum with specialized lifters for optimal material heating, and a double shaft contra-rotating mixer with durable steel liners. The plant's bitumen tank has a 300-litre capacity, featuring drum decanting and heating via a light diesel oil burner. Powered by an air-cooled diesel engine with a 14kW output, the SpotMix 150 offers electric starting and a clutch-driven transmission for both heating and mixing components. This equipment is essential for quick and efficient handling of minor asphalt works, ensuring reliable performance and easy operation.
