Parker - Tracked Primary Jaw Crushers for Mobile and Static Applications
Parker Plant Limited offers a range of tracked primary jaw crushers designed for rapid deployment and mobility. These robust machines feature the RockSizer or RockSledger crushers, known for their single-toggle crushing action and optimized jaw stock geometry, which ensures substantial output even with the toughest materials. The crushers come equipped with a forward product conveyor that maximizes discharge height for effective stockpiling and includes wear-resistant steel components. The feed hopper features hydraulically folding wings fabricated from durable steel with a powered locking system. Additionally, a self-cleaning vibrating grizzly feeder is part of the setup, utilizing twin shaft exciters for optimal operation. Powering the crushers are CATERPILLAR® engines compliant with industry regulations. Additional features include a dust suppression system, optional side discharge conveyors, and hydraulic oil coolers. The heavy-duty track frames and web flange chassis ensure durability across a variety of environments.
