PASCO steel ball vaive are designed and manufactured to provide maximum service life and dependability. All bail valves are full ported and meet ihe design requirements of American Petroleum Institute Standard API 608 & API 6D. British Standard 3S 535iand generally conform to American Society of Mechanical Engineers standard ASME B16.34. Valves are available in a complete range of body/bonnet materials and trims.

Full port design, BB, bolted bonnet, split body, floating ball type, blow-out proof stem, fire durable construction, anti static device, stopper device, ISO 5211 mounting pad, flanged or buttwelding ends, available with WG operator.

Suitable for use in mechanical rooms, process lines, water lines, and cold/hot water pipelines. Available in Lever Handle and Gear Operator. Nickel plated ductile iron disc are available as standard feature. Optional BUNA-N or EPDM encapsulated with ductile iron disc for bubble tight shutoff. Groove end designed to ANSI/AWWA C-606 Rigid Groove Specifications. Groove End compatible with IPS pipe. Concentric disc design. Two piece shaft design of the disc, increasing cycle life. ISO 5211 mounting flange accommodates automation installations, including pneumatic and electric actuators.

Design description: BB. bolted bonnet cap, swing type. anti-rotation disc, renewable seat rings, non-penetrate disc shaft, Horizontal or vertical service, flanged or buttwelding ends.

Modulating and open/close functions with electric or pneumatic actuators and others for selection. Compact design and trim structure equipped with parabolic or V plug, allow high flow rate and precise flow control characteristic. Plug surface with alloy hardening to ensure tight sealing and long lifespan. Polished stem with maintenance free PTFE Vring provides a reliable and long lasting leakage free protection. Bellows coupled with graphite packing can be applied according to customer operating requirements.
