The Draft Tube Basin Mixer is available with a galvanized carbon steel or stainless steel draft tube, and with a flow capacity of up to approximately 5,500 gallons per minute. Multiple units may be used in larger basins to prevent settling and keep the basin contents homogenous. The unit is ideal for anoxic basins and where aerated mixing is not desired.

Plant-Duty gates are specifically engineered for the most severe service in water and wastewater treatment plants. All Plant-Duty gates provide heavy duty construction for years and years of dependable service. We manufacture them using TFE-clad neoprene J-bulb seals, UHME PE bearing strips, and all stainless steel fasteners and hardware. Outside bearing housings are powder coated for extra corrosion protection. They are available with standard manual hand crank operator or with the optional heavy-duty electric gear motor operator package. Very little maintenance is required to keep these units ready to work when you need them.
