Microgravity survey is a precision surveying technique set apart from gravity method, used for shallow subsurface investigations. The greatest demand for microgravity surveying is the field of detecting rock voids in the areas of former and current mining activity. This method is used in mining and when examining the conditions of the foundation for construction works. The survey facilitates the identification of hazards related to cave-ins on the surface of urbanized areas, around industrial constructions, strings of road and railway communication.

The surveys facilitate the identification of the structure of surface geological layers to the depth of planned foundation of objects and expected interaction of the groundwork with the ground; survey results allow to  define zones of discontinuity of geological structures, fracture zones or karst sinkholes.

We offer non-invasive geophysical surveys carried out from the surface without the infringement of the existing structure. The effect of the measurements are sections depicting the structure of the ground/soil, the kind of material used for building of embankments, the level of complexity and the susceptibility to washing out, cracks and loose zones.
