The aerospace programme is one of the pillars of PBS Velká Bíteš. We have been designing and manufacturing aircraft equipment and devices for over 45 years. Thanks to the experience obtained, the development team, in collaboration with the production personnel, is able to address customers requirements in the modifications of both existing and new products.

We are among the main European suppliers of turbochargers for goods vehicles, locomotives, ships and partially also for cars. We specialize in precision castings of wheels, blades and other turbocharger components as well as their subsequent precision machining. We benefit from the latest technologies in precision casting employed by our Precision Casting Division in the Czech Republic as well as many years of experience. PBS Velká Bíteš has produced turbochargers since 1954. Gradually we began to focus on the production and machining of the technologically demanding turbocharger rotors and guide wheels and blades, including final grinding. Today, we are among the technological leaders in the industry. Our products are subjected to extensive quality testing. Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 is fully implemented in our production process.

PBS Velká Bíteš develops and manufactures machines for the separation of solid and suspended particles from liquids. The so-called "Decanter Centrifuges" can be used for a wide range of applications: from separation of municipal and industrial sludge in waste water treatment plants, through food and chemical industries up to agriculture. In the area of separation, we offer not only the decanter centrifuges themselves, but also the related services, including servicing of third-party equipment.

We develop and manufacture turbine engines, APUs and ECS for the manufacturers of aviation products from more than 40 countries around the world. We hold DOA, POA and MOA certificates issued by EASA.
