PCCell GmbH
PCCell produces electrodialysis systems using different types of homogenous ion exchange membranes produced by the sister company PCA in its facility in the Saarland. We provide the electrodialysis technology to your laboratory for an instant start with electrodialysis research. PCCell offers bench scale laboratory electrodialysis systems adaptable according to your project requirements: Common setup examples for laboratory uses can be realised basing on our microBED platform or our BED1 or BED2 scaled systems. Our lab scale electrodialysis cells are used in labs all over the world as a versatile standard cell. industrial scale Electrodialyzers. Our pilot electrodialysis systems are very compact, mobile units with a standardised system controlling frontend.

PCCell PC Frontend app
Electrodialysis process control
Our ED Systems are operated via our PC Frontend. It consists of a software package to read and store the data from the plot unit. It visualizes the state of the unit on runtime and stores its data into a file for later use. The program is subdivided into tabs, which can be chosen by selecting the appropriate register at the top. Within these tabs, different adjustments can be made or plots of measuring values can be viewed.
Complete Electrodialysis from a single source
We provide electrodialysis technology solutions by providing ion exchange membrane technology, seal and compact electrodialysis modules and complete electrodialysis systems with our own PC Frontend technology. We are specialised in reliable systems 100% engineered and produced in Germany.
