Electrodialysis system with compact measurement package and ED cell ED 64002 with 10 cell pairs.

Complete EDBM system with three conductivity and one pH meter, tripod set, flow-through regulation and pressure measurement, manual EDR valves, peristaltic pump for chemical dosage (e.g. for automatic pH stabilisation in diluate, or maintaining conductivity by brine dosage) and software package for measurement, online display and U/I adjustion.

The electrodialysis unit PCCell ED 64004 allows to carry out several expressive experiments for a variety of applications, to examine the characteristics of the PCA ion exchange membranes as well as those of other manufacturers. It is concepted as an easy to manage, for many purposes usable laboratory-cell. The laboratory datas collected with this unit can be used for scale-up and for the conception for pilot systems. So this unit is designed to lead from first laboratory experiments to industrial application. This unit can be used for ED, EDR, EDBM and salt-metathesis.

Optional features: Electrodialysis reversal (EDR). All medium contacting materials food proof.

Application profile: The micro ED is intended to perform electrodialysis whenever only small sample volumes or small membrane sizes are available.

This electrodialysis module covers membrane areas from 20 - 40 sqm in a very lightweight skid and is intended to perform acid recovery and food applications.

This cell is intended for industrial applications in the food or pharmaceutical industry. The cell can also be used in heavy industry for acid recovery applications.

Small industrial scale Electrodialysis system P80 operates two electrodialysis cells with 80 cell pairs with standard anion and cation exchange membranes and total active membrane area of 80 square meters. This allows performing automated cycles with the PC Frontend as well as batch desalinations.

Compact pilot system  to operate one electrodialysis cell with a typical total active membrane area of 20 square meters. Can be customised from 5 to 40 square meters. This allows performing automated cycles with the PC Frontend as well as batch desalinations.

Typical configuration: The PCCell EDBM pilot units operates a ED Q380 stack with bipolar membranes and comprises three solvent circuits plus electrolyte circuit.
