The PCH 1220 Electronic Vibration Switch provides basic, reliable protection of rotating machinery at a low cost. An electronic vibration switch has no moving parts that can become stuck. PCH - Model 1290 -SIL 2 - Redundant Vibration Monitor
PCH 1290 is a simple, cost-effective and safe machine monitoring solution offering full redundancy. The fully redundant vibration monitor comes with two individual sensors in one casing. This means that you only need to mount one device to get the data input of two vibration sensors. PCH 1290 is suitable for enhanced SIL 2 protection in compliance with EN 13849, as each of the two individual processors and alarm relays work simultaneously in one vibration guard.

PCH - Model 1026 - Digital Structural Vibration Monitor
PCH 1026 is a highly configurable, digital monitor with a built-in accelerometer. It is designed for low frequency, structural vibration monitoring applications in wind turbines. PCH 1026 provides far more precise electronic monitoring of the wind turbine than mechanical and electronic detectors. This reduces the turbine downtime and results in a more economical power production.

PCH Engineering A/S provides a range of industrial vibration transducers covering a wide range of industrial applications. Accelerometers are available in different casings, with different sensitivities and with different operational temperatures. See below. Velocity Sensors
CHB 1099 Velocity Sensors are used to monitor the movement, i.e. the vibration of a machine. The units are suitable for a variety of different applications monitoring of unbalance, sleeve bearing vibration, over-all vibration on machines, just to name a few. Supplied with MIL connector and suitable for both horizontal and vertical movements.
Proximity Probes
CHB 3011 / CHB 3013 Proximity Probes - or displacement transduceres - are used to monitor the movement, i.e. the vibration of a machine. The probes are suitable for a variety of different applications like shaft location of sleeve bearing machines, monitoring of thrust bearing wear, vibration measurements, thermal expansion and etc. The probes are available in the following tip diameter versions: Ø8, Ø11, Ø16, Ø18, Ø25, Ø32, Ø40 and offer output in voltage or current.
