As a long respected syringe pump manufacturer, PDC Machines designs rugged metering syringe pumps for an extremely accurate injection of fluids irrespective of viscosity into a system at a consistent flow and constant output pressure. For these positive displacement pumps, we design both single and double barrel syringe pump setups for batch and continuous flow operations. In a continuous flow operation, one barrel is discharging fluid, while the other retracts, pressurizes to set pressure and gets ready for transfer.

PDC Machines constructs metal stirred tank reactors and pressure vessels from most machinable alloys. Capacities range from 1 liter to 50 gallons (189 liters). Agitated ctsr reactor design pressures range from full vacuum to 100,000 psig (6,394 barg). Temperatures up to 932 °F (500 °C).
