PEP Filters - Centrifugal Separators

PEP Filters continues to lead the industry in the design and manufacture of the most rugged, reliable and efficient automatic equipment for filtration and separation. The InterSeptor Centrifugal Separator style ICS2 continues in this tradition. Our ICS2 Centrifugal Separators are available as standalone units or skid mounted systems (ICS2-TCP). The ICS2 is effective in removing suspended particles 40 micron and larger from a flow stream. Depending on the specific gravity of the particle and the viscosity of the carrier fluid, retention as small as 5 microns is possible.

Media Filters

PEP-Filters - Polymeric Media Filter

SMF series media filters are designed for removing suspended solids from water and fluid systems. Using specialized permanent media, solids are removed to a level of 5 microns. As solids are removed, the pressure drop across the media will increase. The unit will automatically backwash to self-clean the media based upon pressure drop or time.

PEP Filters - Media Filters

The HMF3 series media filters are designed to remove suspended solids down to 5 micron in rugged, industrial-duty applications. Using specialized permanent media, solids are removed causing an increase in pressure drop across the media surface. Once the differential pressure reaches a preset level a switch will activate the actuator and reverse the flow so that the filter automatically backwashes and cleans itself. Once the backwash cycle is complete, the valves reverse themselves and filtration continues.

PEP-Filters - Media Filtrations System

The BMF filtrations system is the most rugged high flow filtration system available in the marketplace today. The bi-media filter bed traps solid particulate in the filtration mode, thus increasing the differential pressure across the filter. When a pre-set differential is hit, the linked valves are reversed by the pneumatic actuator, and the filter backwashes and cleans the media. Once the backwash cycle is complete, the filtration returns automatically to the filtration mode.

Disc Filters

Spin Klin - Compact Automatic Backflush (Stand Alone)

The Spin Klin discs are stacked on the Spin Klin spine. The discs are color-coded by micron size, and are assembled according to your water filtration requirements. The spine assembly has a spring compression unit and an internal piston which operate during alternate filtering or backwashing modes. The spine assembly is specially designed to compress the micron-grooved discs inside a corrosion and pressure-resistant housing. Inside the housing, a spring and the pressure difference compress the discs tightly during the filtration process, forcing the water to flow between the grooves and traps of the stacked discs.

Centrifugal Separators

PEP-Filters - Centrifugal Separator

The InterSeptor Centrifugal Separator (ICS2) by PEP Filters provides simple yet reliable filtration and separation typically down to 75 micron.  The ICS2 is primarily used for the removal of sand and other high load particulate matter in multiple market vertices.  The separator is most efficient at removing particulates with a specific gravity ≥ 2.6.  Each separator can be configured as a pre-engineered skid mounted system or as a standalone filter. The ICS2 can be effective in removing smaller suspended particles as well (40 micron and larger) depending on the specific gravity of the particle and the viscosity of the carrier fluid, retention as small as 5 microns is possible.
