Performance-Plastics - Net Shape Molding
Are you molding mission critical parts where dimensional attributes need to be extremely precise? Our Net Shape Molding process incorporates the latest software tools with an internally developed iterative tool design approach along with 3D CT scan measurements, resulting in best in class part tolerances.
Highly Engineered Thermoplastic Materials
Performance-Plastics - Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP)
FEP and PFA are injection moldable, highly inert, compatible with most organic compounds, have good barrier properties and high continuous use temperatures. They are virtually impervious to chemical, enzyme and microbiological attack and stiffer than PTFE. The non-stick properties of these polymers can also be useful to reduce liquid, gel and powder adhesion. Fluoropolymers in general, have good dielectric properties and are resistant to atmospheric degradation.
Torlon - Perfluoroalkoxy (PFA)
PAI (Polyamidimide) Torlon is a high strength polymer that offers excellent high temperature performance. Learn more about PAI (Polyamidimide) Torlon properties and applications below.
Performance-Plastics - Polyetheretherketone
PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) is commonly used in metal replacement applications for its durability against high temperatures and wear. Learn more about PEEK properties and applications below.
Ultem - Polyetherimide
PEI (Polyetherimide) Ultem® is commonly used in applications where tight tolerances and low warp are essential due to its resilience against heat exposure. Learn more about PEI (Polyetherimide) Ultem® properties and applications below.
Ryton - Polyphenylene Sulfide
PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) has a high-temperature resistance, chemical resistance, flowability, and dimensional stability.
Performance-Plastics - Polyimide
TPI (Polyimide) EXTEN(R) can be used as a replacement to metals, ceramics and thermosets and offers reduced weight and improved continuous use at high temperatures.
Celazole - Polybenzimidazole
Celazole PBI (polybenzimidazole) is a unique and highly stable linear heterocyclic polymer. Celazole PBI (polybenzimidazole) is a unique and highly stable linear heterocyclic polymer. PBI is an engineered thermoplastic that has exceptional characteristics such as high compressive strength, high modulus, low creep, and solubility in few solvents. PBI is also known for its exceptionally high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 427C. This high performance polymer can be molded for use in high performance applications. PBI can also be compounded with other polymers or cast into a coating, film or membrane.
Performance-Plastics - Nylon Polyamide
Nylon (Polyamide, Zytel®, Nylon 66) offers superior chemical resistance and tensile strength. It can be used in a variety of applications including metal replacement. Learn more about Nylon’s properties and applications below.
