Repair- Quick-Lock Point Repair
PRT - Rehab Sleeves and Gaskets
Rehab sleeves are made of heavy-gauge 316L stainless-steel sleeve with a patented locking system that once expanded ensures that the sleeve stays permanently in position. After rehabilitation, the sleeve has its own static capability and absorbs the natural tectonic movements of the pipes. The EPDM rubber gasket provides infiltration abatement.
PRT - Liner End Seals
Quick-Lock liner end seals strengthen a CIPP liner at its most vulnerable points—the ends. Stronger and easier to install than other end caps, they have the same locking mechanism and gaskets as the rehab sleeves. They’re a must-have insurance policy for installed CIPP.
PRT - Packers
Propelled by a CCTV crawler and expanded pneumatically with an air-compressor, Quick-Lock’s packers precisely position both repair sleeves and end seals at the target location. Packers attach to the crawler with a connector, we carry styles compatible with most major crawler brands. Or use a push-rod to position in lines as small as 4″. Quick-Lock Big sleeves and seals are installed manually, but require tools to lock them in position. Contact us for details.
Reline - LED-Based UV CIPP

SpeedyLight+ cures at up to 4.92 fpm and is compatible with felt or GFRP liner. It can cure 90-degree bends, transitions and verticals in 2”-24” lines.

Reinstate - Reinstatement Cutters
PRT - Compact Pneumatic Cutter for Small Lines
Our most compact model, the Nano Easy reinstatement cutter can be pushed horizontally or dropped vertically down small lines. It is suited for 3” to 4” lines and has 82’ of hose. With rotation and distance controlled manually, this cutter maintains a low profile that allows it to snake past bends in the pipe. The air motor gives Nano unmatched power to make reinstating laterals quick and easy.

The Micro S Light is the smallest model of the Micro S series of cutters. The series is known for excellent maneuverability in bends, powerful, air-powered cutting motors and clear imagery from color cameras with LED illumination. You get all that in this entry-level model.
PRT - Light+ Reinstatement Cutter
The perfect tool to tackle small-diameter rehab work with both capability and value. The Micro S Light+ reinstatement cutter fits in small access openings and is suitable for a wide range of applications. It has excellent flexibility in bends and is well suited for both horizontal and vertical work in 4” to 6” lines. It also performs in 3” straight lines with the 90DCX Angular Cutting Motor.
