UV CIPP for felt and GFRP liners up to 4.92 fpm with no styrene

The SpeedyLight+ UV CIPP System cures at speeds up to 4.92 fpm—up to five times faster than traditional technologies. Because it’s compatible with felt as well as invertible fiber glass, the SpeedyLight+ system can cure 90° bends in lines down to 2”, as well as other challenging geometries like transitions and verticals.

The SpeedyLight+ reel holds 328’ of 0.8” rigid elastic hose to carry power, video signal and compressed air (for head cooling and liner pressurization).

Compatible with 5 sizes of cure heads. All but the 100W head have an integrated camera so you can monitor the cure in real time.
