Filament wound epoxy and vinylester resin based, composite pipe systems suitable for a wide range of applications as complete piping system alternative to traditional steel and metallic materials. Pipe systems available with a complete set of standard or bespoke fittings from 1” to 40” sizes, pressure to 50 bar and temperatures -40° to +121°C offering outstanding corrosion resistance.

Manufactured from either Thermoplastic Homopolymer Polypropylene (PP-H), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Polyinylidene Fluoride PVDF. Pipex px® CHEMSAFE® chemical drainage systems are the industry standard for the safe transmission & containment of chemicals, trade effluent wastes & corrosive fluids and gases, and are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications for below ground drainage, pumped systems and above ground laboratory applications. The system includes pipework ,manholes, pump chambers, floor drains and channels.

Pipex px® Thermoplastic Bespoke Pipe Systems are supported with our “one stop” design & build services and packaged to match the precise project specifications of our customers. Our pipe systems can be designed for above ground and below ground use, and our product range includes both large diameter and dual contained versions if required. Systems include pipework, fittings, fully fusion welded and mechanical couplings plus bottle and P traps, under bench pump chambers, floor drains and channels.

Pipex px® range of thermoplastic Floor Drains and Channels are available for the safe transfer of Chemical Trade Effluent systems and are available in standard or bespoke designs to meet your project specific requirements. Floor Channels are manufactured with built-in falls and can be manufactured in 6 metre lengths to minimise site assembly times. Gratings and covers are available to suit pedestrian and heavy duty traffic loads. 3D Modelling is produced for complex drainage channels for inclusion into the building model to assist with co-ordination and designs prior to manufacture.

Pipex px thermoplastic manholes are highly corrosion resistant and a direct improved alternative to concrete, brick and lower quality plastics. Our manholes are manufactured and tested to BS EN 13598 as required by Sewers for Adoption 7th Edition and are certified by the BBA & WRc for size range up to 3 metres in diameter x 6 metres deep. We offer bespoke and standard sizes in rectangular or circular form, manufactured offsite for fast track installation, with branch connections configured to suit project specific drainage layouts.

Pipex px® range of thermoplastic Underslab Manholes are available in rectangular or circular with branch inlets configured to suit project specific drainage layouts.The manholes are factory manufactured to BSEN13598-2 as stated in Sewers for Adoption 7th Edition, and every manhole is factory tested prior to site delivery. Various options are available such as factory installed shuttering, internal bolted hatch box and top formwork to interface with the structural floor slab.

Pipex px® design and manufacture bespoke thermoplastic pressure vessels in a range of premium-grade materials to suit project requirements. Pipex px Thermoplastic Pressure Vessels are bespoke, and manufactured offsite to exact customer specifications & standards. The pressure vessels and can be supplied in combination with pumps, nozzles, valves, pipe systems, gratings, structures as required.
