PM Environmental completes comprehensive Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) in accordance with the (1) United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiries {(AAI), 40 CFR Part 312} and (2) guidelines established by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) in the Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process / Disignation E 1527-05 (ASTM Standard Practice E 1527-05): Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, for real estate transactions, property development,  bank financing, re-financing, and foreclosures, and other in-house proactive audit programs.

PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) is experienced in designing and completing Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Process, State and Federal requirements and customized to meet client needs and budgets. PME has completed thousands of Phase II ESAs at all types of sites and geologic settings and tested for variety of contaminants.

With two former Environmental Risk Officers on staff, PM Environmental is uniquely qualified to develop environmental risk policies. PM Environmental has assisted Chief Credit Officers, Chief Appraisers and Chief Lending Officers in the development of risk based environmental lending policies at dozens of financial institutions. PM Environmental offers full environmental policy development and implementation, staff orientation and training, and out source risk management services.

PM Environmental, Inc is a licensed/certified environmental consultant in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida and has provided environmental consulting on numerous underground storage tank (UST) removals at a variety of sites.

PM Environmental is experienced with various federal and state mechanisms that provide purchasers of contaminated properties a means of liability protection. Additionally, PM Environmental has designed and implemented engineering controls, isolations zones, and other containment structures that provide a method of distinguishing existing contamination from potential new releases at contamination properties. PM Environmental has also prepared various contaminant Fate and Transport models to document how existing contamination is likely to behave.

PM Environmental’s multi-discipline staff has the experience necessary to conduct Environmental Compliance Audits, prepare regulatory permits, and to prepare a variety of spill plans.

PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) provides services to assist municipalities and developers in identifying and obtaining funding sources, implementing cost effective environmental site assessments, preparing and where appropriate, remedial investigations and remedial action plans. PM Environmental can prepare Brownfield Redevelopment Work Plans and assist Local Units of Government in preparing applications for State and Federal Brownfield Loan and Grant Programs.

PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) owns and operates the latest Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Unit equipped with a 400 MHz antenna and a powerful datalogger/software package that detects and maps utility pipes, shallow engineering structures, and performs numerous environmental applications. PM Environmental, Inc.’s staff has received extensive training in the use of this equipment.
