Polygenta’s plant located in Nashik (Maharashtra, India) converts 2.5 million bottles per day to produce roughly 12,000 MTs per annum of sustainable premium Polyester. Company achieve this with its proprietary chemical recycling process. PTL focuses on four products: high quality textile DTY, POY, FDY and chips. PTL is been certified by IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001), OEKO-Tex Standard 100 (Class I) and GRS (Global Recycling Standard). At PTL Sustainability is at the heart of the business, a company that uses its re-processing of these bottles and converts to highly sustainable PFY. In coming years Polygenta has a considerable expansion plan with new glycolysis unit.
